Chris Maltby

Managing Director
Chris is responsible for managing the day-to-day global operations of CCL and to ensure the company establish and retains a high level of service across its workforce solutions. Chris has been with CCL since opening the CCL Houston office in 2003 and has successfully overseen the growth of CCL North America. Chris has been an integral part of the team that has seen further expansion across the globe for CCL. Chris is an honors graduate in economic and social history from the University of Kent.

Matt Smallwood

Global Finance Director
Matt is an ACA qualified accountant, and following his early career at PWC he has gained extensive global recruitment industry experience. For the past 20 years, Matt has demonstrated his abilities to manage and improve financial operations, commercial decision making and business planning. With CCL Global recently opening several global offices to support local operations, the need for Matt’s financial and commercial experience, in tandem with CCL’s expanding operations, will be of significant commercial value to both CCL and its clients.

Geoff Owen

Regional Director – North America
With more than 10 years of Energy related staffing experience, Geoff is responsible for driving our workforce and recruitment solutions for CCL North America. His task is to expand our core operations and the company’s presence across Energy, Civil, Power and Heavy Industrial industries. Geoff joined CCL in 2017 as Head of Technical and Field Services and has been newly promoted to Regional Director with the view to expanding CCL’s North American footprint in the coming years.

Greg Clarke

Regional Director, Africa
Greg oversees the day to day operations and expansion of CCL Global’s network of companies throughout Sub Saharan Africa. Ensuring local compliance and adherence to strict local content legislation in each jurisdiction in which CCL operate. Before joining CCL, Greg worked for a major EPC contractor, leading delivery of local content and managing community relations on significant and high profile capital projects in remote parts of South East Asia and North West Africa. Originally from the UK, he has lived and worked on five different continents in the construction and resource extraction industries with a focus on sales, HR and external affairs.

Zeeshan Mehtab

EMEA Business Director
Zeeshan has more than 10 years of energy-related recruitment and staffing experience in both contract and permanent recruitment in the EMEA region. He started his recruitment career within the oil & gas industry but over the years have developed a strong knowledge and network within civil infrastructure, nuclear & power industries covering the complete project lifecycle. Zeeshan joined CCL in 2018 and is now responsible for overseeing CCL European operations out of our London office with a view to expand our presence and footprint across the region. 

Paul Popovic

Associate Director – North America
An experienced and proven recruitment professional who since 2016 has brought extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques and processes, strong business development capabilities and commercial acumen to his role at CCL.  As Associate Director, Paul is responsible for identifying and executing on new opportunities, developing under-achieving accounts and building teams to ensure client delivery across the Americas.  His technical knowledge of the energy sector and experience within recruitment gives him unparalleled credibility when consulting with clients and candidates alike.

 

Tracy Chalmers

Finance Manager – US
Tracy brings more than a decade of finance and accounting in the recruitment industry to the CCL Management Team. After joining our team in 2015, Tracy has taken on a growing Accounts Department internally, and acts as the primary focal point for our clients for all financial related matters. In addition to running the day-to-day function of the finance department in CCL’s Houston office, Tracy’s extensive knowledge in the industry allows her to identify cost savings measures and financial solutions to our expanding regions. 

Kamilla Fronczek

Finance Manager – UK
Kamilla has over 17 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance both in the EU and UK. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Accountancy & Finance as well as postgraduate studies in Modern Management Accounting & Finance. Prior to joining CCL, Kamilla worked in the energy recruiting industry across key Financial, Accounting and Analyst positions. Kamilla is based in our London office managing the UK and African finance teams and is responsible for invoicing, payroll, management accounts and financial controls.

Arlene Johnson

HR & Administration Manager
Arlene has more than 20 years of experience working in client-facing human resources coordination. Since joining CCL in 2013, Arlene has been tasked with maintaining HR procedures for CCL’s North American operations. As the business continues to grow, Arlene’s role in managing employee relations and acting as client liaison for both our contractors and employees plays a vital part in our operational compliance.
