Chairman and Founder
Peter founded Contracts Consultancy Limited (CCL) in 1981. He holds BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees in civil engineering from the University of Southampton. Prior to founding CCL, he was a subcontracts manager for MW Kellogg and Bechtel. His previous experience includes working with NADGECO, the Greater London Council and consulting engineers Binnie & Partners. Peter has worked on oil, gas and petrochemical projects in the UK, Europe, Ireland, and Abu Dhabi.
Chris is responsible for managing the day-to-day global operations of CCL and to ensure the company establish and retains a high level of service across its workforce solutions. Chris has been with CCL since opening the CCL Houston office in 2003 and has successfully overseen the growth of CCL North America. Chris has been an integral part of the team that has seen further expansion across the globe for CCL. Chris is an honors graduate in economic and social history from the University of Kent.
Richard has more than 25 years relevant experience supporting the energy industry across Europe and Africa. Richard has worked for City Centre Staff Bureau (8 years) and then with OIS-Atkins for over 12 years. In the mid-90s, he worked for ABB Lutech Resources and with Cappo International. Richard joined CCL in 2001 to ensure that CCL’s mobilization and compliance standards are maintained to the highest industry standards.
Director, Business Development
Richard has worked in supporting predominately oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and engineering consultancy sectors for the better part of 20 years. He is responsible for business development activities for CCL, particularly in the Europe, Middle East and Asia. Before joining CCL, Richard was country manager in Ireland, and has experience in countries including the UK, UAE, Australia, and France.
Global Finance Director
Matt is an ACA qualified accountant, and following his early career at PWC he has gained extensive global recruitment industry experience. For the past 20 years, Matt has demonstrated his abilities to manage and improve financial operations, commercial decision making and business planning. With CCL Global recently opening several global offices to support local operations, the need for Matt’s financial and commercial experience, in tandem with CCL’s expanding operations, will be of significant commercial value to both CCL and its clients.
Keith has over 14 years energy recruitment and staffing experience and is currently responsible for the sales, recruitment and workforce solutions offerings across the EMEA region. Prior to joining CCL Global, Keith held the position of Managing Director for a global leading staffing firm. His vast experience spreads across 5 continents, supporting the most prominent Oil & Gas and Energy Companies. Keith is now leading a dynamic team in London who are dedicated to growing our presence across the region and providing industry-leading recruitment and consultancy services.
Regional Director – UK, Europe, Middle East
Initially a Manufacturing Systems Engineer with Pirelli and Fiat, Jon holds a Business Management degree from Brighton University and an MSc from the Politechnico di Torino. He joined PSD in the late 90s, progressing to Sales Director at Start, then became MD of Longbridge Technology. He has 25 years’ industry experience, with a reputation among clients for integrity and delivery in Control Systems, APC, Refining and MES. As Regional Director Jon is responsible for leading CCL in the UK, Europe and Middle East to deliver quality service, to ISO 9001 and APSCo Codes of Conduct.
Regional Director, Africa
Greg oversees the day to day operations and expansion of CCL Global’s network of companies throughout Sub Saharan Africa. Ensuring local compliance and adherence to strict local content legislation in each jurisdiction in which CCL operate. Before joining CCL, Greg worked for a major EPC contractor, leading delivery of local content and managing community relations on significant and high profile capital projects in remote parts of South East Asia and North West Africa. Originally from the UK, he has lived and worked on five different continents in the construction and resource extraction industries with a focus on sales, HR and external affairs.
Regional Director – North America
James brings more than a decade of energy services experience to CCL’s core management team. His career began in Manchester, England where he quickly established himself as an industry-leading business development professional. James continued to further his career which led him to move to the United States. CCL’s senior directors brought James on board in 2015 as the U.S. Regional Director – focused on growing the CCL brand and presence in the Energy market. In addition to running day-to-day operations in CCL’s Houston office, James continues to provide market-leading service to our clients.
Kamilla has over 17 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance both in the EU and UK. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Accountancy & Finance as well as postgraduate studies in Modern Management Accounting & Finance. Prior to joining CCL, Kamilla worked in the energy recruiting industry across key Financial, Accounting and Analyst positions. Kamilla is based in our London office managing the UK and African finance teams and is responsible for invoicing, payroll, management accounts and financial controls.
