We are currently seeking an experienced Renewable Energy 360 Recruitment Consultant for our London office. We are looking for highly motivated individuals seeking a rewarding career in the staffing industry. This role is best suited to energetic and enthusiastic individuals who will be comfortable working in a start-up sales environment and eager to build business from the ground-up.

Role & Responsibilities


The Senior Recruitment Consultant will grow and help place talented Energy and Clean Technology specialists into roles where they can drive for lower carbon economy and a cleaner energy ecosystem. This division has potential to be the fastest area of growth as the market rapidly evolves with new opportunities.

In this role you will take overall responsibility for the development and delivery of the full recruitment cycle. You will be focused on developing clients across the EMEA region.

• Responsible for managing 360 Recruitment and Business Development desk.
• Building strong client relationships (within both new and existing clients) will be key to your success and we use a number of methods to develop business including; networking events, marketing, cold calling and referrals.
• Maintain close relationships with key decision makers within client companies to understand their staffing strategy and resourcing needs. Thereby placing CCL Global at the forefront of their pool of staffing agencies and be the first point of contact when business needs arise.
• Identify and acquire new clients and increasing gross profit over each financial year.
• Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing jobs, identifying qualified candidates to negotiating salary and onboarding.
• Excellent at time management handling multiple duties at once.
• Self-starter driven by results-based activity.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in staffing.
• Expertise and knowledge of the Renewable Energy industry.
• Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing jobs, identifying qualified candidates to negotiating salary and onboarding.
• Proven ability to negotiate and sign, monetize, and grow new MSAs and client contracts within the Renewable Energy industry.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills when handling multiple tasks at once.
• Working knowledge of professional programs such as LinkedIn, job search boards, CRM (Bullhorn) database, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can work well under pressure, with a robust and resilient attitude to deal effectively with a high workload.
